    -Check in after 9 PM will Incur $50 late check in fee
    -Noise levels to be kept at an appropriate level always, we may evict you if we receive noise complaints.
    -Please dispose of excess rubbish at the rubbish disposal located near the lift.
    -PLEASE USE RANGE HOOD WHEN COOKING to not set off the fire alarm. If fire alarm goes off, DO NOT OPEN THE FRONT DOOR. Doing so will cause the fire truck to come to the apartment in which you will be fined heavily over $2000.
