Since 1997 Elite has been assisting property owners, occupiers and investors to maximize the return on their real estate assets. Our client-centric, results-orientated approach has resulted in a strong track record in advising and executing across a range of asset classes, including residential, retail and commercial.

Initially established in Australia, we have been a pioneer since the early years - when we were the first real estate agency to have street frontage in the Melbourne CBD - and have since expanded into new service areas and grown aggressively in China.

The key to our success is our experienced, multi-lingual and internationally-orientated team. Spanning multiple asset classes and functions – including sales, leasing, management and administration – they are not only technical specialists but also work together to provide a link between investors, developers, owners and tenants across both Australia and China.
