The first group of tax payment for house buyer is Deed Fee, Stamp Duty, Transaction Fees and Ownership Registration Fee.
Deed Fee normally occupied 1.5% of total property price. The 50% of Deed Fee needs to be paid when exchange the document and another 50% needs to be paid when you get the Property Certificate.
Stamp Duty will be the 0.05% of total property price and needs to be paid when you exchange the document.
Transaction Fees will be £¤2.5 per square meter and needs to be paid when you exchange the document.
Ownership Registration Fee will cost you around £¤100 - £¤200.
